Leishmaniasis is caused by certain intracellular Leishmania species and is common in the tropics, where it exhibits a wide range of clinical manifestations. When laser light incident on biological tissue, it is either reflected from the

absorbed by water, hemoglobin and melanin. Absorption is also highly dependent on wave-length of
