Advertisement is a general phenomenon in our everyday life. In most cases, it is established for commercial purposes i.e. it is oriented for certain goals and waiting for results. One form of advertisement is a blurb. In this study, the researcher applies Fonton and Saint-Dizier (2010) and Hymes (1962) models on 23 blurbs. These two models are chosen on consideration of accounting grammatical categories and speech events respectively. The study tends to answer the following question: How do blurb’s writers exploit language to convince the reader to buy the intended book? Therefore, the aim of the study can be stated as analyzing the blurbs according to these two models and finding which category scores higher and serves in advertisement, and how the conversation will be between the writer and the reader. In the light of the analysis, it is clear that Hymes (1962) model is applicable without modification and for Fonton and Saint-Dizier (2010) adjective and adverbs are used more than the others. This is due to the fact that convincing the reader to buy certain book depends on these two categories.

The method is based on the complexation of promethazine hydrochloride with In (III) in the presence of sodium hydroxide to form an soluble product with maximum absorption at 304nm. Beer’s law is obeyed over the concentration range of (2- 20μg/ml) with molar absorptivity of (1.92× 103 L.mol-1 .cm -1 ). The optimum conditions for all development are described and the proposed method has been successfully applied for the determination of promethazine hydrochloride in bulk drug.
This paper provides a review of scholarly research on the depiction of hostility in critical media discourse analysis. The study is intended to analyze how hostility is differently portrayed and manifested in media discourse. The review begins by defining the multifaceted concept of hostility, encompassing cognitive, emotive, and behavioral dimensions. It then outlines the systematic process used to identify, gather and purposely select 30 relevant articles to hostility in media discourse. Method: Fifty-three urine samples were examined
cytologically obtained from patients with longstanding
dialysis during 6 months period. Freshly voided midstream
urine samples were taken . Samples were centrifuged and 2
to 3 drops of sediments were smeared on 2 glass slides and
fixed in 95% ethyl alcohol then stained with Hand E stain
to be evaluated.
