Abstract :

The study seeks to highlight the importance of moderate religious discourse and dialogue and the rejection of extremist discourse that renews the crises and wounds of history.  And that is through the means and efforts exerted, which is changing the extremist religious discourse to a moderate religious discourse, as well as calling on religious figures, whether they are followers of Judaism, Christianity or Islam, to search for a common ground for understanding and coexistence, because extremism in the name of God is the enemy for all and not for countries or religions in particular.

This research examines the relationship between dinar deposits and U.S. dollar payments at the Central Bank of Iraq using monthly data for the period 2016–2025. The ARDL model, the GRU neural network, and a hybrid ARDL–GRU model are applied. The results show that dollar payments are stationary at level, while dinar deposits become stationary after first differencing, with a significant positive long-run cointegrating relationship. The linear ARDL model has limited ability to capture sudden shocks, whereas the hybrid ARDL–GRU model achieves superior forecasting performance both in-sample and out-of-sample. The aim of this study is to highlight the relationship between competitive intelligence and Entrepreneurial Performance by centralizing the strategic vigilance of a sample of civil faculties in Baghdad. The sample of the study was targeted at 10 Iraqi civil colleges, which consisted of (133) members of the faculty council of the faculties, the search data was collected using the questionnaire form as the main research tool.
