A cross-sectional study was carried out between September 2019 and April 2020 using an online survey. Pharmacists from eight different hospitals in Malaysia were involved in the study. Contrary to hypothesis No. 1, the research indicates that changes in sentence patterns don't affect the meaning of the process.
