The effectiveness and quality of legislation depend on the extent to which it relates to political , economic ,social ,geographical , health and moral realities , so the unrealistic legislation and its failure to address all the problems facing society make these legislation out of reality , this requires this legislation be able to regulate all aspects related to public health in society in exceptional circumstances such as cases of wars ,diseases and pandemics as outbreaks of corona virus in the word ,this study focuses on the effects of legislative omission on the effectiveness of the administration when performing its tasked in health administrative control in exceptional circumstances in light of spread of corona virus pandemic in Iraq in 2020 ,and was the legislators policy far-sighted to address all aspects expected in the future ,the study also examines the efficiency of the means of physical and legal management to perform health control tasks during the outbreak of corona pandemic and possibility of continuing the necessary public facilities regularly during this period ,this is what will answer in the folds of research .
Museum education is of great importance to an appropriate representation of museums’ collections and exhibits, including traditional fashion. Therefore, museum educators/curators need to be equipped with the most essential skills in their profession in order to adequately present the museum’s history and holdings. This study was designed to investigate the effect of the Clenbuterol drug in some physiological parameters of Liver, Kidney function and lipidprofie concentration. Fourty adult male rabbits were used in this study. The animals were randomly divided into four groups,the first group was given distilled water (control) ,while the other third groups were given (2,4,6 µg/kg) of Clenbuterol drug for 30 days. Bending effects on the transmission of optical signal are investigated on a single mode
optical fiber (SMOF) of 10 m length, core radius of 5 μm and optical refractive index difference
0.003. The bending radii (R) were between 0.08 and 0.0015 m. A great decrease in the amplitude is
shown for radii below 0.01 m. Sudden break down occurs for radii less than 0.0015 m. Birefringence
(B) is difficult to measure for long fibers. Meanwhile, B was found by comparing with calibrated
fiber of the same properties but of length of 0.075 m. The results show an increase in propagation
constant (Δβ) and the decrease in beat length (Lb), and show that bending decreases the critical radius
of curvature (Rc) related to B. The chang
