هدف البحث التعرف على المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في كليات جامعة بغداد بأعتبار أن ذلك يمثل مشكلة لابد من الوقوف عندها , ولأهمية مثل هذه المواضيع وضرورة البحث عنها , إذ تحدد مجتمع البحث بالعمداء والمعاونيين في هذه كليات جامعة بغداد للعام الدراسي 2016-2017حيث قام الباحث ببناء اداة خاصة للبحث لغرض الاجابة على هدف البحث الرئيسي ومن خلال أجابات أفراد عينة البحث التي مثلت ما نسبته66% الى المجتمع حيث تم عرض الجانب النظري وعدد من الدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة , وبعد أجراء التطبيق على أفراد العينة تم معالجة البيانات والنتائج أحصائياً حيث خرج البحث بعدة نتائج أهمها أن هنالك معوقات بدرجة عالية وبمختلف المجالات للأداة وأن هذه المعوقات لابد من الوقوف عندها ومعالجتها, وقد وضع الباحث عدداً من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات ذات العلاقة بالبحث.
Objectives: To identify the effectiveness of instructional program concerning premarital screening of sexual transmitted disease on student's knowledge at Baghdad University and examine the relationship between students' knowledge and certain studied variables. And hypothesis for this study; There is a difference in university student’s knowledge toward premarital screening between pre and posttests of instructional program. This study examined the problem of identifying the vocabulary of the methodology of teaching Arabic language in the faculties of Media. The researcher noticed the existence of an overlap between the syllabuses of the general specialization of the Arabic language and its Media sections in the universities with the special professional vocabulary that suits the study of the media student. Thus ,this study is regarded as a real attempt to present a methodological model of media language that concerns with fillfuling students ‘linguistic and knowledgeable needs relying on measuring their benefits from the methodological Arabic curriculum .
