أن إحدى اكبر مشاكل الصحة العالمية هي ظهور مقاومة الميكروبية للأدوية الشائعة لذلك هناك حاجة ملحة لمضادات جرثومية جديدة ذات نشاط أحيائي معزز .في هذا الدراسة, تم تحضير خمسة مشتقات جديدة من الكينولين  A,B,C,D  وEكمضادات جرثومية. تم فحص بنية المركبات المحضرة باستخدام  UV light , FTIR NMR  . تم استخدام طريقة الانتشار بالحفر في الطبق لاختبار الخصائص المضادة للبكتريا للمركبات المحضرة في المختبر ضد نوعين من البكتريا الموجبة

     This research was one of the terms that used by Al-Bazzar  in his musnad and this term was  (Al-azza) who launched on some ways and hadiths and I collected those narration, and I have graduated and studied it to access to the meaning which Al-Bazzar want that from this description. Objectives of this project were to study the effect of 60% crude alcoholic extract of the seeds of cyperus esculentuson induced endometritis in the mice . The plant of cyperus esculentuswas extracted by preparing Alcoholic extract 60% . One hundred microliters of saline containing Escherichia coli (104cfu) was used to induce endometritis, by a single intracervicallyinjection, and endometritis developed after 2 days from injection. Background: laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is getting popularity for the treating of symptomatic gall bladder disease; conversion from laparoscopic to open cholecystectomy (OC) is also common.

Objective : To find out the prevalence of causes, risk factors of conversion from LC to OC among  patient suffering from gall bladder disease, and  to explore the most common causes of conversion from laparoscopic to open cholecystectomy.

Methods: This prospective study was conducted in the department of general surgery at Alkindy teaching hospital from first of January 2016 to the end of December 2017 .Nine hundred twenty patient were included. Patient age, gender, his
