تكمن مشكلة البحث في أن كليات التربية عامةً وكلية التربية /ابن الهيثم خاصة ما زالت تسير وفق أنماط إدارية تقليدية وأن هناك شكوى تلهج بها الألسن في المجتمع المحيط بأن المخرجات التعليمية لا توازي تطلعات المجتمع وتوجهاته المستقبلية، كذلك الأهمية لتطبيق معايير ضمان جودة تحقق المستوى المطلوب لهذه الكلية أسوة بالمعايير العالمية، إذ هدف البحث في معرفة واقع معايير ضمان الجودة في الكلية والانتقال إلى رؤية مستقبلية لهذه المعايير لغرض تطبيقها فضلاً عن التطرق إلى المصطلحات الخاصة بالبحث والجانب النظري، حيث قام الباحثان ببناء استبانة خاصة للوصول إلى أهداف البحث المتضمنة للمعايير المتعلقة بضمان الجودة ومن خلال إجابات أفراد عينة البحث للإجابة عنها المتمثلة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكلية، وهو ما خرج به البحث من نتائج في تحليل أهدافه والخروج بصورة تصورية لتطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة وفقاً لإجابات أفراد عينة البحث فضلاً عن الوصول إلى تصور ورؤية مقترحة لتطبيق معايير الجودة في هذه الكلية تمثلت عن رسم مخطط توضيح لذلك، كذلك الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات الذي وضعها الباحثان.

This study aims to explain the purposes of thinking in light of the Holy Qur’an. The study adopted the deductive method by analyzing the meanings of the eighteen thinking verses mentioned in the Holy Qur’an That is by referring to the ancient and contemporary book interpretations and inferring the purposes of thinking from the context of those verses. The study concluded that there are seven main purposes, for thinking in the light of the Holy Qur’an, are understanding the universal regulations, contemplating the social codes, inferring, extracting maxims and meanings from the Qur’anic proverbs, analyzing the situation objectively, balancing between interests and evils, and freeing the mind from the authority of the paranormal. The current research aimed to investigate the psychometric characteristics of the Arabic version of the Nomophobia scale for the Omani youth. The scale was administered to a random sample of students from public and private universities and colleges in Oman. The research sample consisted of 2507 students, of whom 868 males and 1639 females. The validity of the measure was first checked by presenting the scale to a group of experts in this field. Then the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was carried out. The exploratory factor analysis revealed the existence of three main factors: the fear of connectivity loss, the fear of communication loss with others, and the fear of network outages. War as a human phenomenon, has its own literature. Poetry is a major genre in this literature. This paper is an attempt to investigate and analyse some stylistic features in two selected, English and Arabic, war poems. These poems share the same theme.Both promote the principle of sacrificing one’s own life for the sake of homeland. This paper limits itself to analyse, thecontent words, tenses, semantic grouping of vocabulary and foregrounding in the two poems. The areas of analysis show great similarities in distributing the general content words (nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs). In the analysis of the semantic areas of each content word, these poems reveal some similarities and some differences in their frequency rates.
