This work proposes a new video buffer framework (VBF) to acquire a favorable quality of experience (QoE) for video streaming in cellular networks. Methods: Sixty-three type2 diabetic patients

Combined using of liposuction and abdominoplasty it can give better result than traditional abdominoplasty with fear complications.
