In this note, we present a component-wise algorithm combining several recent ideas from signal processing for simultaneous piecewise constants trend, seasonality, outliers, and noise decomposition of dynamical time series. Our approach is entirely based on convex optimisation, and our decomposition is guaranteed to be a global optimiser. We demonstrate the efficiency of the approach via simulations results and real data analysis.

This study aims to conduct an exhaustive comparison between the performance of human translators and artificial intelligence-powered machine translation systems, specifically examining the top three systems: Spider-AI, Metacate, and DeepL. A variety of texts from distinct categories were evaluated to gain a profound understanding of the qualitative differences, as well as the strengths and weaknesses, between human and machine translations. The results demonstrated that human translation significantly outperforms machine translation, with larger gaps in literary texts and texts characterized by high linguistic complexity. Abstract The purpose of the study is to develop self-attendance fear measures for table tennis players and tennis players with disabilities, as well as to gauge how severe these fears are in both groups. The authors propose that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of fear of self-attendance for players of ground tennis and table tennis for the disabled between the arithmetic mean and the hypothetical mean. In keeping with the nature of the current study, we adopted a descriptive methodology, and the sample comprised 62 players of table tennis and tennis for the disabled. The aim of this study is to detect the level of psychological stress among unemployed individuals and the level of their wellbeing by finding the correlation between these two variables.

          The research sample consisted of (99) people who are currently unemployed and registered at the Ministry of Labor Affairs.

Schafer (1996) scale for psychological stress was used and alongside Ziout's (2012) scale for wellbeing.

          The results of the research showed an inverse relation between being unemployed and having wellbeing.
