هدف البحث الى بيان تأثير بناء المقدرات الجوهرية المتمثل ابعادها بـ (التعلم التنظيمي ، المرونة الاستراتيجية ، المقدرات التكنولوجية، رأس المال البشري) في ادارة الايرادات الضريبية المتمثلة ابعادها بـ (فاعلية الادارة الضريبية ، الكفاءة في العمل ، التشريعات الضريبية) وتم اعتماد الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات من العينة البالغ عددها (35) مبحوثاً ممن هم بموقع (مدير قسم ، وكيل مدير قسم، مسؤول شعبة) في مقر الهيئة العامة للضرائب ، وقد تم استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي spss في احتساب (الوسط الحسابي ، الانحراف المعياري ، الوزن المئوي ، تحليل الانحدار ، اختبار F ، معامل التحديد ²R واختبار x^2 ) .وتوصل البحث الى ابرز الاستنتاجات وهو ان هناك تأثير لبناء المقدرات الجوهرية في ادارة الايرادات الضريبية وبنسبة 72%.

This study aims to find out the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral counseling program in enhancing self-management in reducing the academic procrastination of tenth-grade male students.
