The selective method was performed by the reduction of NIF nitro group to yield primary amino group using zinc powder with hydrochloric acid. This study was designed to investigate the hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic activity of aqueous green tea (GT) extract in normal and alloxan-induced diabetic rats.
