ترك السلطان عبدالحميد الثاني بصماتهُ على أخاديد الزمان وعلى خارطة المشرق العربي الخاضع للسيطرة العثمانية أنذاك ، لكونهُ أهم شخصية أسلامية غير عربية واجهت الخطر الصهيوني ومحاولاتهم الإستيطانية في مشرق الوطن العربي ، على الرغم من صعوبة الظروف التي كانت تمر بها الدولة العثمانية داخليا ً وخارجيا ً، بما فيها من أطماع اقتسامها بين الاوربين ولذا سموها بالرجل المريض .

تُعد دراسة أعلام الفكر العربي والإسلامي من أهم الدراسات التاريخية ولا يمكن للأمم المتحضرة أن تنسى علمائها ومفكريها لما لهم من دور كبير في حاضر الأمة ومستقبلها و تاريخنا الإسلامي يحفل بالعديد من العلماء ورجال المعرفة  الذين ساعدوا على تقدم ورقي العرب والمسلمين على الأمم الأخرى0

Recently, detecting dynamic patterns for growing communities in social networks have attracted significant attention. The objective of dynamic community detection is to analyze and identify clusters in complex networks that change over time. Different optimization algorithms, including both single-objective and multi-objective approaches, have been employed to address the challenge of dynamic community detection. Although current evolutionary algorithms for identifying community structure can traverse extensive areas of partition space, they often become stuck in local minima. In addition, limited studies have addressed this issue by integrating local search strategies with evolutionary algorithms for community identification. This paper in

In this research, we use a FCM algorithm that incorporates spatial information into the membership function for clustering. The spatial function is the summation of the membership functions in the neighborhood of each pixel under consideration. The advantages of the method are that it is less
sensitive to noise than other techniques, and it yields regions more homogeneous than those of other methods. This technique is a powerful method for noisy image segmentation.
