Achieving high achievement in the sport of fencing requires thinking, awareness and visual tracking, as visual tracking is one of the important visual abilities that a fencing player needs and is considered one of the special visual abilities as it contributes and helps in the correct motor, mental and mental performance and gives the fencing the ability to perfect and accomplished performance in training and competition. Where the research problem lies in the weak skill performance of the fencing players as a result of the weakness in possessing visual and mental abilities. The two researchers used the experimental method in a controlled manner (experimental and control groups) with a pre and post-test. The research community was identified with (the female fencing team players) in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science for Girls for the academic year (2021-2022), which numbered (14) players. The sample was divided randomly (even and odd numbers) to:- (6) Female players (experimental group) perform the experimental (independent) variable special exercises - (6) Female player (the control group) performs the usual exercises in training the sport of fencing. (2) A player to conduct the exploratory experiment, and the homogeneity between the members of the research sample and parity between the two groups was conducted in the tribal tests. The experimental group carried out mental speed exercises at the beginning of the main part of the training unit, immediately after warming up, with a time of 10-15 minutes. With two units per week and over a period of 10 weeks, the control group carried out the usual training, and after completing the exercises, the post-test was conducted, and then the results of the study were processed. Therefore, the two researchers recommend the necessity of paying attention to the skill performance of the female fencing players by investing in the mental, motor and physical speed exercises similar to the skill performance. With attention to visual, motor and skill abilities through the preparation of special exercises and different methods to increase the excitement and suspense of the female fencing players
In this work we fabrication holographic optical element diffraction grating thickness 40?m and mirror90?m by using dichromated gelatin,to perform that we have to use the Nd-yaG laser doubling frequency of wavelenght (532)nm and its powers of (80)mWatt.we have studyed the thickness and concentration dichromat effect in mirror reflaction ,effect of angle of reconstruction beam in band width and diffraction efficiency ,study effect gelatin hardener of the diffraction efficiency.
The aim of this study is to investigate the role of prodigiosin on P. aeruginosa' s biofilm genes involved in the pathogenicity and persistency of the bacteria; Materials and methods: Gram negative bacterial isolates were taken from burn and wounds specimen obtained from some of Baghdad hospitals. Forty six isolates were identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa and four isolates as Serratia marcescens by using biochemical tests and VITEK 2 compact system. Susceptibility test was performed for all P. aeruginosa isolates, the results showed that 100% were resistant to Amikacin and 98% were sensitive to Meropenem. The accelerating effect of 1,4- phenylenediamine (PDA) additions in 1M hydrochloric acid solution at temperature rang (20-60) C° has been studied by weight losses measurement during ranging time (1-260) h and by following the pb2+ concentration in solution after several times by using Atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) .
