Achieving high achievement in the sport of fencing requires thinking, awareness and visual tracking, as visual tracking is one of the important visual abilities that a fencing player needs and is considered one of the special visual abilities as it contributes and helps in the correct motor, mental and mental performance and gives the fencing the ability to perfect and accomplished performance in training and competition. Where the research problem lies in the weak skill performance of the fencing players as a result of the weakness in possessing visual and mental abilities. The two researchers used the experimental method in a controlled manner (experimental and control groups) with a pre and post-test. The research community was identified with (the female fencing team players) in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science for Girls for the academic year (2021-2022), which numbered (14) players. The sample was divided randomly (even and odd numbers) to:- (6) Female players (experimental group) perform the experimental (independent) variable special exercises - (6) Female player (the control group) performs the usual exercises in training the sport of fencing. (2) A player to conduct the exploratory experiment, and the homogeneity between the members of the research sample and parity between the two groups was conducted in the tribal tests. The experimental group carried out mental speed exercises at the beginning of the main part of the training unit, immediately after warming up, with a time of 10-15 minutes. With two units per week and over a period of 10 weeks, the control group carried out the usual training, and after completing the exercises, the post-test was conducted, and then the results of the study were processed. Therefore, the two researchers recommend the necessity of paying attention to the skill performance of the female fencing players by investing in the mental, motor and physical speed exercises similar to the skill performance. With attention to visual, motor and skill abilities through the preparation of special exercises and different methods to increase the excitement and suspense of the female fencing players
The aim of the present work is to develop a new class of natural fillers based polymer composites with sawdust (S.D) which used two particle sizes (1.2 μm & 2.3 μm) and different weight percentage from sawdust (10%, 15%, and 20%). The mechanical properties studied include hardness (shore D) for all samples at normal conditions (N.C). The unsaturated polyester (UPE) and its composites samples were immersed in water for 30 days to find the effect of particle size of sawdust (S.D) on the weight gain (Mt %) by water for all the samples, also to find the effect of water on their hardness. In this study, Cobalt Oxide nanostructure was successfully prepared using the chemical spray pyrolysis technique. The cobalt oxide phase was analysed by X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and proved the preparation of two cobalt oxide phases which are Co3O4 and CoO phases. The surface morphology was characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) images showing the topography of the sample with grain size smaller than 100 nm. The study aims to investigate the relationship between the gender diversity of board director, the accounting conservatism and firm value in Iraqi firms. The sample was represented by 30 Iraqi firms listed on the Iraqi market over the period 2017. In this study, an experimental investigation on the impact of micro steel fiber volume fraction ratio and gamma ray irradiation duration influence upon the compressive strength of RPC is presented.
