Nosocomial infections are one of the most important causes of mortality and morbidity in hospitals. These are major public health problems worldwide, but particularly in developing countries. The purpose of this research was to analyze the frequency of the microorganisms in the specimens taken from the surgical wounds, and to examine antimicrobial susceptibility for some isolates . Wound swabs were examined from June 2010 to January 2011. The study aimed to explore the relationship between future anxiety and life orientation of male and female nurses, working in government hospitals of Gaza Strip governorates. The study sample consisted of 228 nurses (131 male nurses and97 female nurses. To achieve the study objectives , the researcher used the future anxiety scale, prepared by the researcher, and life orientation scale prepared by Scheier and Craver (1985 ) and translated into Arabic by Bader Al-Ansari . Methodology: 40 nurses have been chosen for a pre experimental sample using a non-probability (purposive) method between November 20, 2021, and March 1, 2023. The pretest and posttest comparisons included the same group that had been exposed to the software.

This research aimed to investigate the relationship between religious beliefs and job burnout among nurses working in hospitals in Gonabad city in 2017.
