have complications related to myoma in pregnancy.
Few treatment options are available during pregnancy,
conservative treatment with analgesia, reassurance and
supportive therapy is almost always adequate but in
carefully selected patients, myomectomy has been
performed successfully without jeopardizing
pregnancy outcome. The usual indications for surgery
during pregnancy include torsion of pedunculated
uterine myoma and obstructed labor, surgical
intervention during pregnancy is occasionally
necessary in uncommon cases of intractable pain.

Natural fibers and particles reinforced composites are being broadly used due to their bio and specific properties such as low density and easy to machine and production with low cost. In this work, water absorption and mechanical properties such as tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength of recycled jute fibers reinforced epoxy resin were enhanced by treating these fibers with alkaline solution. The problem configuration consists of two insulated bottom and right wall and left vertical wall maintained at constant temperatures at variable locations, using two discretized heaters. The porous cavity fluid motion was represented by the momentum equation generalized model. The present investigation thermophysical parameters included the local thermal equilibrium condition. The isotherms and streamlines was used to examine energy transport and momentum. The meaning of changing parameters on the established average Nusselt number, temperature and velocity distribution are highlighted and discussed.
