unacceptable social behaviors, particularly withdrawal behavior that appears in children with autism represent a major problem hindering the process of communication with those around them and therefore the process of mergence  with them be difficult.

     The withdrawal causes a real affect deficit for children with autism limits the possibility of development of their intellectual and mental growth due to their solitude and the weakness of their focus in the acquisition of pedagogical skills and lack the necessary social skills to maintain the relations of friendship and enjoyment of them.

This paper describes the synthesis of ?- Fe2O3 nanoparticles by sol-gel route using carboxylic acid(2-hydroxy benzoic acid) as gelatin media and its photo activity for degradation of cibacron red dye . Hematite samples are synthesized at different temperatures: 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 and 900 ?C at 700 ?C the ?-Fe2O3 nanoparticles are formed with particle size 71.93 nm. The nanoparticles are characterized by XRD , SEM, AFM and FTIR . The 0.046 g /l of the catalyst sample shows high photo activity at 3x10-5M dye concentration in acidic medium at pH 3.

         A group of amine derivatives [4-aminobenzenesulfonamide derivatives, 2-aminopyridine and 2-aminothiazole] incorporated to α-carbon of diclofenac a well known non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) to increase bulkiness were designed and synthesized for evaluation as  a potential anti-inflammatory agents with expected COX-2 selectivity. In vivo acute anti-inflammatory activity of the selected final compounds (9, 12 and 13) was evaluated in rats using egg-white induced edema model of inflammation in a dose equivalent to (3 mg/Kg) of diclofenac sodium. A comparison study was made for the reaction of triruthenium carbonyl Ru3(CO)12 with azoarene ArN=NAr . This reaction was monitored in two kinds of solvents , toluene , and n- octane , which yielded new triruthenium carbonyl complex Ru3(μ3-NAr)2(CO)9 . The current research aims to identify the negotiation behavior of administrative teachers, as well as to identify the significance of the differences in negotiation behavior according to the variables (gender, scientific title, length of service).
