This research include synthesized and characterization the compound [I] by reaction terephthaldehyde , mercaptoacetic acid and thiosemicarbazide with concentrated sulfuric acid then this compound reaction with ethyl chloroacetate and sodium acetate to product ester compound [II],the latter compound reaction with hydrazine hydrate to synthesized acid hydrazide [III] after that reaction with 4-alkoxy benzaldehyde[IV]n to synthesized Schiff bases compounds [V]n, the compound [VI] synthesized via reaction compound [I] with chloroacetic acid and sodium acetate then the compound[VI] reaction with 2-phenylenediamine in 4 N hydrochloric acid to product benzimidazole compound[VII].    Let M is a Г-ring. In this paper the concept of orthogonal symmetric higher bi-derivations on semiprime Г-ring is presented and studied and the relations of two symmetric higher bi-derivations on Г-ring are introduced.

Two molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) membranes for Levofloxacin (LEV) were prepared based on PVC matrix. The imprinted polymers were prepared by polymerization of styrene (STY) as monomer, N,N methylene di acrylamide as a cross linker ,benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as an initiator and levofloxacin as a template. Di methyl adepate (DMA) and acetophenone (AOPH) were used as plasticizers , the molecular imprinted membranes and the non molecular imprinted membranes were prepared.  The slopes and detection limits of the liquid electrodes ranged from -21.96 – -19.38 mV/decade and 2×10^-4M- 4×10^-4M, and Its response time was around 1 minute, respectively. A variety of Schiff bases and heterocyclic (oxazepine, tetrazole) have been synthesis, and confirm that structures by physical properties , FTIR , 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, elemental analysis, [Microbial study against three type of bacteria (staphylococcus aurea and klebsiella pneumonia) and (Canadida albncans) fungi].All analyzation performed in center of consulatation University of Jordan.
