Rana Ali Abttan received the B.Sc, M.Sc., and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology (UOT), Baghdad, Iraq, in 2008, 2011, and 2019, respectively. Currently, she is a Lecturer and an academic member of staff in the Electrical Engineering Department, at the University of Baghdad, in Iraq. She graduated from Publons Academy as a peer reviewer.
