Abstract Objective: Comparison of femtosecond small incision lenticule extraction (FS-SMILE) versus Femtosecond laser Insitu keratomileusis (FS-LASIK) regarding dry eye disease (DED) and corneal sensitivity (CS) after those refractive surgeries. Methods: A comparative prospective study conducted for a period of 2 years; from March 2017 until February, 2019. Enrolled patients were diagnosed with myopia. Fifty patients (100 eyes) were scheduled for bilateral FS-SMILE and the other 50 patients (100 eyes) had been scheduled for bilateral FS-LASIK. Both groups were followed for six months after surgery. Background The escalating global concern over increased body weight in adolescents, coupled with the rising rates of adolescent pregnancy worldwide, presents a significant challenge to healthcare systems. We plan to identify the maternal and neonatal consequences associated with pre-pregnancy overweight in adolescent women. Methods Throughout five years, all singleton adolescent pregnant women with pre-pregnancy self-reported body mass index (BMI) of 18.5– ≤ 29.9 were involved during the first-trimester visit. Two groups were generated: overweight and appropriate-weight (BMI 25–29.9 and 18.5–24.9, respectively). Obstetric and neonatal outcomes were observed prospectively and statistically adjusted for the confounding factors.

خلفية البحث: يعد الناظور البطني التشخيصي الاجراء الأساسي النهائي الذي يجرى لمرضى العقم قبل الشروع بالعلاج,لكن وجد ان الناظور البطني يزيد من خطر الإصابة بألتهابات الحوض والتي تعد من أسباب الإصابة بالعقم لدى النساء والرجال.

الغرض من الدراسة:التقييم الأحيائي المجهري للنساء المخطط لهن أجراء عملية الناظور التشخيصي كجزء من الفحوصات التي يتم أجرائها لتشخيص العقم.
