Electrical Insulation Breakdown Strength and Thermal Conductivity of Different Blended Nanocomposites of New Epoxy Resins
...Show More Authors

This research studies the development and synthesis of blended nanocomposites filled with Titanium dioxide (TiO2). Blended nanocomposites based on unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) and epoxy resins were synthesized by reactive blending. The optimum quantity from nano partical of titanium dioxide was selected and different weight proportions 1%, 3%, 5%, and 7% ratios of new epoxy are blended with UPR resin. The dielectric breakdown strength and thermal conductivity properties of the blended nanocomposites were compared with those of the basis material (UPR and 3% TiO2).The results show good compatibility epoxy resins with the UPR resin on blending, dielectric breakdown strength values  are higher while thermal conductivity values of

Analysis of Stream Function in a Powell-Eyring Fluid Flow with Couple-Stress Effect and Rotation
...Show More Authors

The effect of couple stress, slip condition, changing rotation, and other variables on the peristaltic flow of Powell-Eyring fluid in an inclined asymmetric channel with an inclining magnetic field through a porous media is investigated in this study. Constitutive equations obeying the Powell-Eyring fluid model are employed. In flow analysis, assumptions such as a low Reynolds number and a long wavelength approximation are used. The stream function and mechanical efficiency have closed form expressions devised. The stream function is expressed mathematically. Through the collection of figures, the impact of various criteria is explained and graphically represented Through the collection of figures, the impact has been explained of the Ha

Evaluation of Some Oxidants and Antioxidants Parameters in Iraqi Females with Celiac Disease
...Show More Authors

An inherited tendency is necessary for the manifestation of celiac disease (CD), an autoimmune, gluten-sensitive, inflammatory disorder of the small intestine. Gluten, a storage protein in cereals, causes CD. An increase in oxidant compound generation, surpassing the capacity of the endogenous antioxidant system, causes oxidative stress (OS). This study aims to evaluate some oxidants and antioxidants factors in Iraqi females with CD. This hospital-based cross-sectional study at Baghdad Educational Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq, involved 100 female participants of reproductive age. Tests have been measured, such as total oxidants (TOS), total antioxidants (TAS), malondialdehyde (MDA), catalase (CAT), nitric oxide (NO), total protein (TP), and

In the current research work, the prepared new ligand 3hydroxy-2-(3-(4-nitro-benzoyl) thiouriedo) propanoic acid (NTP) has undergone synthesis through the reactions of 4-nitrobenzol isothiocyanate with the serine amino acid; its complex has been studied by effects of the temperature ranging within (25-45 oC) and various concentrations on molar conductivity values from Arinus' law application, by which decomposition constant and uniform molar conductivity is determined. The thermo0dynamic parameters (i.e., ΔS, ΔG, and ΔH) have been estimated and then discussed. Results have shown that the level of the molar conductivity increases with the degree of temperature and decreases with the increase of the concentration usi

The Time Delay Effect and Harvesting on the Predator-Prey:Analysis And Simulation
...Show More Authors

Time-delay differential equations-based mathematical modeling is a significant tool for understanding the effect of delay in biological systems and analyzing how it affects the dynamics of those systems' asymptotic behavior. The prey-predator model described in this paper includes disease in the prey species, harvesting in each population, and time delays in predation and gestation of the predator. The solutions of the model are positive and bounded for all times within a realistic region. The existence of all fixed points has been established. When a time delay is present, the essential requirements for the local stability of the positive equilibrium and the occurrence of Hopf bifurcation can be determined by analyzing the associated ch

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative disease that causes pain in humans' joints during movement, especially in the elderly and many women. Since cartilage plays a major destructive role during OA incidence, its chemical components can serve as a sensitive biomarker for diagnosing the onset and severity of OA disease. Cartilage acidic protein 1 (CRTAC1) is a critical component of the cartilage's extracellular matrix. We have aimed to test the sensitivity of CRTAC1 to the prognosis of OA disease in pre-and post-menopausal women with OA disease. The results showed that the levels of CRTAC1 in the serum of pre-and postmenopausal women with OA disease were significantly higher than those in control groups of the same age. C-reactive

In the absence of ground observations, remote sensing data was adopted, especially during this period. The change in the visible region's spectral reflectance of water in part of the river has been analyzed using the Landsat 8 OLI multispectral remote sensing data at Tigris River, Salah al-Din province (Bayji / near the refinery), Iraq.
