Recent progress in the understanding of psoriasis has shown that the regulation of local and systemic cytokines plays an important role in its pathogenesis. Different studies evaluated the association of serum levels of some proinflammatory cytokines invivo and their correlation with severity of psoriasis.    A Bayesian formulation of the ridge regression problem is considerd, which derives from a direct specification of prior informations about parameters of general linear regression model when data suffer from a high degree of multicollinearity.A new approach for deriving the conventional estimator for the ridge parameter proposed by Hoerl and Kennard (1970) as well as  Bayesian estimator  are presented.  The power factors and electronic thermal conductivities in bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3), lead-telluride (PbTe), and gallium arsenide (GaAs) at room temperature (300K) quantum wires and quantum wells are theoretically investigated. Our formalism rigorously takes into account modification of these power factors and electronic thermal conductivities in free-surface wires and wells due to spatial confinement. From our numerical results, we predict a significant increase of the power factor in quantum wires with diameter w=20 Ã…. The increase is always stronger in quantum wires than in quantum wells of the corresponding dimensions.     Lipase was extracted by Sodium acetate buffer (pH=6; 0.05M) Containing 0.1M NaCl. Enzyme content of crude extract was concentrated by gradual addition of ammonium sulfate at 30-60% saturation. The dialyzed extract was purified on ion-exchange chromatography through DEAE–Cellulose and gel-filtration chromatography through sephacryl S-200 column. The specific activity, enzyme yield and fold purification were 54.06 unit/mg, 42.6% and 10.88 respectively. The molecular weight of the Lipase was 43.651 KDa as determined by gel-filtration chromatography through sephacryl S-200 column.     The ion-pair formation method has been applied for the spectrophotometric determination of Cimetidine and Erythromycin ethylsuccinate, in bulk samples and in dosage form. The methods are accurate, simple, rapid, inexpensive and sensitive depending on the extraction of the formed ion-pair with brompthymol blue (BTB) as a chromogenic reagent in chloroform, use phthalate buffer of pH 5.5 and 4.0 for Cimetidine and Erythromycin ethylsuccinate respectively.  The formed complexes show absorbance maxima at 427.5 nm and 414.5 nm for Cimetidine and Erythromycin ethylsuccinate respectively against reagent blank.    In the present study, serum GOT(Glutamic Oxalacetic Transaminase) was purified, the purified enzyme showed the maximum activity at 37ºC and pH 7.5. During purification of serum GOT ion exchange chromatography lead to four separate forms (termed I, II, III and IV).   Two species of monogenetic trematodes of the genus Dactylogyrus were recorded in the present paper for the first time in Iraq from two freshwater fishes from Diyala river, Diyala province. The first species,  D. bocageii Alvarez Pellitero, Vicente et Gonzalez Lanza, 1981 was recorded from gills of Aspius vorax, the second species, D. lenkorani Mikailov, 1967 was recorded from gills of Barbus sharpeyi.    The Manganese (Mn) thin films of obliquely and normal deposited were prepared by using thermal evaporation method at pressure 10-5 torr on glass substrate at room temperature. The optical properties of normal and obliquely deposited films are studied and also the effect of deposition angle on these properties. The deposition angle has great influence on the increase of the absorbance, absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient and imaginary dielectric constant and the decrease of the transmittance, reflectance, refractive index and real dielectric constant.
 

Bark fiber has high potential use for composite reinforcement in biocomposite material. The aim of this study is the mechanical properties of Bark fiber reinforced polester composite with varying fiber weight fraction (0% , 5% , 10% , 20%, 30% and 40%) hand lay-up technique which  was used to prepare the composite , specimens for tensile , flexural and impact test according to the ASTM D638 , ASTMD790 , and Iso-179. The over all results showed that  the composite is reinforced with  Bark fiber at weight (10%) higher mechanical properties , and the composite showed improved  mechanical (Flexural).

calculated in the present work by using the a2-ratio methods.    In one work we applied this method for two cases,   the first one is for pure transition and the sacend one is for non pure transition, We take into account the experimental a2-coefficient for previous works and δ -values for one transition only.The results obtained are, in general, in a good agreement within associated errors, with those reported previously , the discrepancies that occur are due to inaccuracies existing in the experimental data of the previous works.   
 

Nano particles of Cadmium Oxide (CdO) thin films were prepared by spray pyrolysis technique. The synthesized film is annealed at (200 , 300, 450) o C for 3 hours .  The XRD and AFM for the analysis of its structural and micro-structural characteristic has been preformed. The average grain size was found to be about 32.50 nm .There is a preferred orientation along (200)   plane  with texture coefficient 1.79, 1.644, 1.763 and 1.792  for deposited and annealed films, corresponding to grain size 57,58 ,51 and 51 nm. The variations of stress with temperature is ranged from 0.157 - 0.376 GPa .

     This research introduced the derivation of mathematical equations to calculate the Cartesian and geographical coordinates of a site situated at a far distance from the observer position by using GPS data. The geographical coordinates (Ï•obs., λ obs., hobs.) for observer position were transformed to Cartesian coordinates (X obs., Y obs., Z obs.) of observer position itself.
