THE STUDY OF HISTOLOGICAL CHANGES OF CROP IN PEGION DURING BROODNESS
...Show More Authors

We noticed that the histological changes in the crop wall was in the lining epithelia only , also we
found that the pigeon milk production in the 12 day of broodness is enough to feed the young , in which
the thickness of stratified squamous epithelium was 432 micrometer . There was an important statical
different in the weight of crop epithelium thickness in the 12-16 day of incubation in compare with 1 – 6)
day of incubation . There were no histological changes in the structure of crop glands.

Equine herpsvirus type1 was classified as a member of the subfamily Alphaherpesvirinae. It was reported to cause respiratory, reproductive and neurologic infection in horses. The reproductive form of the disease induces abortion in pregnant mare, while the neurologic form is associated with paralysis of infected horses. This study was designed for molecular detection of Equine herpsvirus type1 by polymerase chain reaction. Blood buffy coat samples were collected from 25 horses (Equus feruscaballus) and 25 donkeys (Equus asinus) admitted to local private veterinary clinics around Baghdad and Baaquba cities. DNA was extracted from such samples by the use of DNA extraction kit of COLLECTAG

Globule leukocytes were detected in the epithelial mucosa of the biliary system of sheep infected with liver flukes. Histochemical investigations revealed cytochemical similarities between the globule leukocytes and mast cells of the biliary system. Both the intracytoplasmic granules of the mast cells and the globules of the globule leukocytes contained a sulphated acidmucopolysacchride assosiated with a highly basic protein.

collected to study various hematological parameters.
The results showed that 95 samples were positive to rotavirus 23
samples (24.2%) were from diarrheic cases and 72 samples (75.8%)
were from non diarrheic cases.
Younger dogs were more affected with rotavirus infection 17 positive

The poultry industry faces increasing challenges from heat stress caused by global warming, particularly in tropical regions. Heat stress, caused by rising environmental temperatures, undermines the health and productivity of poultry, resulting in significant economic losses. This review comprehensively addresses the physiological and behavioural responses of poultry to heat stress and explores the key mitigation strategies, categorized under genetics, management and feeding. Genetic approaches, like utilizing specific genes in breeding, show promise but require wider adoption. Management practices such as housing design, including orientation, insulation and ventilation, controlled lighting and thermal manipulation are critical to maint
