The interstitial areas are filled with Leydic cells, blood and lymph vessels, and connective tissue. Germ cells in the Spermatogenic process of the testis of cat can be classified into ten steps, based on the pattern degree of nuclear chromatin condensation. Primary spermatogonia contain large spherical nuclei with mostly euchromatin. Spermatogonia proliferate to give rise to spermatogonia type –A; Intermediate or type-I spermatogonia, and spermatogonia type-B. Type–B spermatogonia yield primary spermatocyte at the end of mitosis. The primary spermatocyte is transformed into secondary spermatocyte during meiosis I.

This study was conducted to detect virulent isolates of avian infectious laryngeotracheitis virus in Iraq by Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction with the amplification of glycoprotein G gene which is responsible for virulence of the virus. Seventy samples (larynx and trachea) were collected from different farms in Iraq to investigate presence of avian infectious laryngeotracheitis virus (detection of virulent isolates from other vaccine strains). Five samples out of seventy samples were virulent isolates (positive result) by using Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction utilizing flurescein amidite labeled probe specific for detection of isolates that have G gene (by amplification of G gene) for the first time in Ira

Over one third of the world’s crops– including fruits, vegetables, nuts, spices, and oilseed–require insect pollination, and human reliance on pollination services by honey bees (Apis mellifera) to promote these crops continues to rise due to increasing demands from growing human populations. Identifying the effects of urbanization on genetic diversity on this pollinating insect is important in the field of bioscience. This study aimed to investigate genetic diversity of A. mellifera in Kwara State, Nigeria, using the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) marker. Five of the ewes suffering from uterine prolapse (treated group), and other five ewes didn't show uterine prolapse (control group). The study shows a relation between the calcium serum level and incidence of uterine prolapse after lambing. The result of study indicated that, a low level of calcium in the serum of treated group (2.29±0.33 mg/dl) as compared with the level of the calcium in the serum of the control group (6.52±0.30). The results indicated that the calcium deficiency (hypocalcaemia) in the late stage of pregnancy and at the lambing time may lead to uterine prolapse in ewes.

Cichlids are among the economically important which serve as a source of food for people around the world. A deep understanding of the population structure and genetic diversity of cichlids are vital for initiation of conservation policies and sustainable aquaculture.
