The aim of this study wase focusing some light to detect the cytogentic effects of zinc oxide through using cytogentic analysis (Mitotic index and chromosomal aberrations on the somatic and sex cells and sperm head abnormalities) on Balb/c mice.
Ninty eight male mice were used in this study, these animals were divided into two groups the first one was the controlling groups and the second one was. Treated with Zinc Oxide.
The results showing that the Zinc Oxide causes an inhibition of mitotic index in somatic and sex cells and the inhibition increased by augmenting the concentration, where the effect was significant (P<0.01) , and the effect of doses were significant (P<0.05), in both kinds of cells.

THE EFFECT OF ADDITION OF BUFFER GASES ON THE OUTPUT ENERGY AND PULSE WIDTH OF AMMONIA LASER

We present the design of a pulsed ammonia laser, which is optically pumped by a TEA CO2 laser. The effect of addition of buffer gases to the ammonia gas laser (such as N2, He and Ar with different mixing ratios) on the output energy and pulse width of the laser was studied. It was found that N2 gas was preferable among the other additives as it provides highest output pulse energy and increasing the laser efficiency. The addition of N2 gas helped also in obtaining more than 40 ammonia laser lines around the 12μm, which was step tunable in the spectral range of (762-968 cm-1).

Bacterial isolates were identified using conventional biochemical tests and then identification was confirmed by using Vitek-2 compact system. EXTRACTION AND PURIFICATION OF PYOVERDINE PRODUCE BY LOCALLY ISOLATED Pseudomonas fluorescens And Its Ability As A Biological Control Agent

Pyoverdine was extracted from the local isolate ( PFAS14 ) after 10 hours of incubation time and reached maximum production after 46 hours.
The extraction of pyoverdine was done as ferric-pyoverdine complex by organic solvent and precipitate with salt then purify with ion exchange and gel filteration chromatography.
The maximum absorbance of pyoverdine was at 370 nm., while the maximum absorbance of ferric-pyoverdine complex was at 400nm. The pyoverdine showed inhibition activity against pathogenic fungi, bacteria and C. albicans, the supernatant of (PFAS14) isolate was also active while the ferric-pyoverdine complex does not show any activity.

In this paper the effects of the contact material on the photovoltaic (PV) characteristics of p-NiO:Au/n-Si solar cells fabricated by using the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique had been studied. It shown the p-NiO:Au/n-Si could be successfully used to construct and improve the performance of solar cells by using Au. The conversion efficiency was increased comparable with p-NiO/n-Si solar cells. In this case the NiO:Au layer acts as a hole collector as well as a barrier for charge recombination.

Persistence and bifurcation analysis among four species interactions with the influence of competition, predation and harvesting

      In this paper, the interplay among four population species is offered. The system consists of two competitive prey, predator and super predators. The application of the hypothesis of the Sotomayor theorem for local bifurcation around every equilibrium point is adopted. It is detected that the transcritical bifurcation could occur near most of the system's equilibrium points, while saddle-node and pitchfork bifurcation can not be accrued at any of them. This work explores the designing a system of an automated unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV( for objects detection, labelling, and localization using deep learning. This system takes pictures with a low-cost camera and uses a GPS unit to specify the positions. The data is sent to the base station via Wi-Fi connection.

The aim of the preset study is to explain the role of irisin hormone levels in type-2 obese diabetic women and compare these levels with those in obese nondiabetic women. In addition, we investigated the relation of irisin levels with those of glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and body mass index (BMI) in the patients.

Eighty eight subjects were included in this study, including 44 type-2 Iraqi obese diabetic women as a patients group, and 44 obese nondiabetic women as a control group.
