The research addresses the gap in training methodologies by comparing the effects of heavy rope exercises versus hanging rope exercises. Leuconostoc bacteria was isolated from local pickled cabbage (Brassica oleracea capitata) and identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides by morphology,biochemical and physiological.
