Suggested Model for accounting disclosure proactive and reflect on the decisions of investors: Applied research in a sample of industrial companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange
...Show More Authors

Often requires the investor to know the result of the company's activity contribute to the investor or by wanting to invest in them because profit or loss of the company affect positively or negatively in the price of shares of the company and with the end of the fiscal year delayed companies often to issue its financial statements after it is approved and audited by an observer External Auditor, From here came the idea of research that appears to stakeholders of financial statements proactive appear, including actual figures for earlier stages have been prepared lists about lists and planned by the administration reflect the results of its phase remainder of the year as if they are (half a year or season or month) to offer At the end of the fiscal year and seen it all investors and speculators shares in the stock market has blending researchers between financial accounting and management in the preparation of the model proposed for the disclosure of accounting proactive, as it has been integrating the actual information that disclosed by the company progress as well as budgets overall key to provide financial statements that initial activity the company.
It is known that reports of Managerial Accounting is to use the procedure, but only as good intention of the management of the company and in order to help stakeholders make decisions sound economic and to strengthen transparency and accountability and to provide information in a time when the need is urgent and necessary and the lack of financial reports at the end of the financial year and the impossibility of providing actual information ( 100%) are detected these reports within the proposed model, which is expected to operate a vacuum in a series of accounting disclosure of listed companies to contribute in the Iraqi Stock Exchange (ISE).

PHYTOTOXICITY TEST OF KEROSENE-CONTAMINATED SOIL USING BARLEY
...Show More Authors

This study was aimed to determine a phytotoxicity experiment with kerosene as a model of a total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPHs) as Kerosene pollutant at different concentrations (1% and 6%) with aeration rate (0 and 1 L/min) and retention time (7, 14, 21, 28 and 42 days), was carried out in a subsurface flow system (SSF) on the Barley wetland. It was noted that greatest elimination 95.7% recorded at 1% kerosene levels and aeration rate 1L / min after a period of 42 days of exposure; whereas it was 47% in the control test without plants. Furthermore, the percent of elimination efficiencies of hydrocarbons from the soil was ranged between 34.155%-95.7% for all TPHs (Kerosene) concentrations at aeration rate (0 and 1 L/min). The Barley c

Estimation of Reservoir Rock Properties from Well Measurements
...Show More Authors

Porosity and permeability are the most difficult properties to determine in subsurface reservoir characterization. The difficulty of estimating them arising from the fact that porosity and permeability may vary significantly over the reservoir volume, and can only be sampled at well location. Secondly, the porosity values are commonly evaluated from the well log data, which are usually available from most wells in the reservoir, but permeability values, which are generally determined from core analysis, are not usually available. The aim of this study is: First, to develop correlations between the core and the well log data which can be used to estimate permeability in uncored wells, these correlations enable to estimate reservoir permeabil

Performance of Reinforced Concrete Beams with Multiple Openings
...Show More Authors

The present investigation focuses on the response of simply supported reinforced concrete rectangular-section beams with multiple openings of different sizes, numbers, and geometrical configurations. The advantages of the reinforcement concrete beams with multiple opening are mainly, practical benefit including decreasing the floor heights due to passage of the utilities through the beam rather than the passage beneath it, and constructional benefit that includes the reduction of the self-weight of structure resulting due to the reduction of the dead load that achieves economic design. To optimize beam self-weight with its ultimate resistance capacity, ten reinforced concrete beams having a length, width, and depth of 2700, 100, and

The process of self-assessment plays a key role in achieving quality educational institutions (college, department or program academic particular), because the assessment process provides reviews of the effectiveness of the criteria used in the enterprise, especially in the field of teaching and learning, and is result self-assessment providing self-assessment report. The self- assessment can be performed at different levels (college, academic department, Master, Ph.D. program, or courses). The importance of the research focused on to provide a measure of self-assessment helps profile officials in the implementation of the assessment process are clear and precise and fast, and to provide them to measure the availability requireme

This research is based on the study of common praise in Mutanabbi and Ibn Hani Al-Andalusi as the main purpose in poetry poets, and balance between them;

The research was divided into two topics, presented by introductory introduction for the purpose of praise, and the concept of budget in Arab criticism, and then presented a brief overview of the lives of poets.

In the first section, I dealt with the common objectivity of the poets, such as the subject of sincerity in praise, hyperbole in the person of Mamdouh, and self-esteem when asked, in addition to the most common characteristics in t

Bilateral Giant Fibro Adenoma of Breast (Case Report)
...Show More Authors

Fibro-adenoma is the most common lesion of the breast, it occurs in25%of asymptomatic women (1,2 )
It is usually a disease of early reproductive life, the peak incidence is between the ages15 and 35 years.(3,4) It presents as firm highly mobile, non tender mass .(5)
Less than 5% of fibro-adenomas grow rapidly and display the clinical and histologic characteristics of giant fibro-adenoma which is defined as a-tumour either having a diameter greater than 5 cm. And /or amass weighing more than 500 grams, and are conventionally a benign tumor of breast.(6)
Giant fibro-adenomas appear as well-circumscribed but not encapsulated masses on mammography and solid and the texture is homogenous and hypoechoic with low level echoes on U/S. (

Production of Biodiesel Fuel from Used vegetable Oil
...Show More Authors

Used vegetable oil was introduced to transesterfication reaction to produce Biodiesel fuel suitable for diesel engines. Method of production was consisted of filtration, transesterfication, separation and washing. Transesterfication was studied extensively with different operating conditions, temperature range (35-80oC), catalyst concentration (0.5-2 wt. % based on oil), mixing time (30-120 min.) with constant oil/methanol weight ratio 5:1 and mixing speed 1300 rpm. The concentration of Fatty acid methyl esters (Biodiesel) was determined for the transesterficated oil samples, besides of some important physical properties such as specific gravity, viscosity, pour point and flash point. The behavior of methyl esters production and the physica

Treating of oil-based drill cuttings by earthworms
...Show More Authors

This study assessed the advantage of using earthworms in combination with punch waste and nutrients in remediating drill cuttings contaminated with hydrocarbons. Analyses were performed on day 0, 7, 14, 21, and 28 of the experiment. Two hydrocarbon concentrations were used (20000 mg/kg and 40000 mg/kg) for three groups of earthworms number which were five, ten and twenty earthworms. After 28 days, the total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) concentration (20000 mg/kg) was reduced to 13200 mg/kg, 9800 mg/kg, and 6300 mg/kg in treatments with five, ten and twenty earthworms respectively. Also, TPH concentration (40000 mg/kg) was reduced to 22000 mg/kg, 10100 mg/kg, and 4200 mg/kg in treatments with the above number of earthworms respectively. The p

Variational Formulation with Deviating Arguments of Movable boundaries
...Show More Authors

In this paper, we study, in details the derivation of the variational formulation corresponding to functional with deviating arguments corresponding to movable boundaries. Natural or transversility conditions are also derived, as well as, the Eulers equation. Example has been taken to explain how to apply natural boundary conditions to find extremal of this functional.
