المستخلص: هناك مشكلة تعاني منها الدولة وهي الأعتماد على الطاقات التقليدية الملوثة Abstract: The country suffers from a problem which is the reliance on traditional polluting and non-renewable energies and the failure to discover and exploit sustainable sources such as geothermal energy. The research hypothesis is whether the modern state’s orientation towards exploiting a modern energy source such as geothermal energy contributes in some way to achieving another source of energy and benefiting from it to enhance the building of a new type of state power from buried energy sources? And does artificial intelligence technology contribute to solving a specific problem by exploiting geothermal energy? This research aims to guide modern states towards utilizing clean, sustainable, unconventional, and undiscovered sources of electricity, including buried geothermal energy. This is crucial because it represents a pressing need, providing an additional source for generating clean, non-polluting electricity. This aligns with the modern state's efforts to reduce environmental pollution, meet its growing electricity demand, decrease energy imports, achieve self-sufficiency, and build its economic strength. The research also explores the potential of artificial intelligence in predicting the use of this energy, identifying its origins, presence, and depletion. The research justifies this focus by noting that some countries have already pursued this path and become leaders in this field within their respective regions. Furthermore, the United Nations has expressed interest in utilizing clean energy sources as an alternative to polluting traditional energy sources, which enhances their geopolitical standing among nations striving for intellectual and technological advancement in the era of alternatives and artificial intelligence. The research methodology relied on the descriptive approach to the buried geothermal energy source and its impact on the state's benefit. The research structure includes two sections and several axes. The first section is entitled (Theoretical Framework), and the second section: Sustainable Electricity and the Role ا
The researcher has studied in his research (International Public Relations methods in building the state's image through Cyberspace)
, analytical study of the Facebook and twitter pages for British foreign office , the role was played by the International Public Relations in building the mental image of British , especially after the new media and internet have became influential role in political life . and became an important tools used by political institutions as ministries of foreign affairs in the twenty: one century .
The researcher identified the problem of this study with the following question:
(what is the role of the International Public Relations in building the mental image of state through Cyberspace)

Abstract:
Interest in the topic of prediction has increased in recent years and appeared modern methods such as Artificial Neural Networks models, if these methods are able to learn and adapt self with any model, and does not require assumptions on the nature of the time series. On the other hand, the methods currently used to predict the classic method such as Box-Jenkins may be difficult to diagnose chain and modeling because they assume strict conditions.

Abstract
This work deals with a numerical investigation to evaluate the utilization of a water pipe buried inside a roof to reduce the heat gain and minimize the transmission of heat energy inside the conditioning space in summer season. The numerical results of this paper showed that the reduction in heat gain and energy saving could be occurred with specific values of parameters, like the number of pipes per square meter, the ratio of pipe diameter to the roof thickness, and the pipe inlet water temperature. Comparing with a normal roof (without pipes), the results indicated a significant reduction in energy heat gain which is about 37.8% when the number of pipes per m

Show MoreThe world's renewable energy sources have taken on great importance, for its cleanness and its environmental effects as well as being a renewable source, Increased demand for fossil energy sources is also causing global warming and climate change. Iraq is an appropriate area for renewable energy This study shows that renewable alternative energy has not been used sufficiently enough at present. But this energy can play an important role in the future of renewable energy in Iraq. This research aims to study the renewable energy in Iraq (solar energy) and it is appropriate to develop this alternative energy for crude oil, which is characterized by the use of the most appropriate and less economical and more environmentally friendly. The four beds that act as thermal compressors are powered by a low grade thermal energy in the form of hot water at a temperature range of 65 to 83 °C. As well as, the water pumps and control cycle consume insignificant electrical power. This adsorption chiller consists of three water cycles. The first water cycle is the driven hot water cycle. The second cycle is the cold water cycle to cool the carbon, which adsorbs the methanol. Finally, the chilled water cycle that is used to overcome the building load. The theoretical results showed that average cycle cooling power
