This paper examines some syntactic features of English legal texts, and the changes that may be reflected on these features when they are translated into Arabic. For example, passivization, nominalization, complex sentences and modality. The researcher tries to demonstrate why it is difficult to suggest a specific translation of each syntactic feature, especially the modal verbs. The researcher also attempts to provide translations for some legal sentences written in some charters and international organizations. The descriptive methodology is used to identify the characteristics of these syntactic features in order to provide a proper translation of each legal sentence. It has been concluded that the translator has to be aware of the precise meaning of the legislator before deciding the translation, and that the meaning of any specific modal verb is translated differently from English into Arabic according to the linguistic system and organizations in which it is used.
This research is qualitative in nature. It aims to investigate descriptively, analytically, and comparatively the modern AK model represented by the Sudan Open University Series, and the European framework, the common reference for Teaching Foreign Languages, to uncover what was achieved in them in terms of communication and language use. This study aims to evaluated the user satisfaction of retrieval services
concerning to universities thesis and dissertations in university dissertation
unit of Baghdad Library for achieving the following objectives:
1- Evaluating the performance of this unit (thesis unit of Baghdad University

2- Recognizing the reasons in this unit behind the case of non satisfaction of

Results showed that the optimum conditions for production of inulunase from isolate Kluyveromyces marxianus AY2 by submerged culture could be achieved by using inulin as carbon source at a concentration of 2% with mixture of yeast extract and ammonium sulphate in a ratio of 1:1 in a concentration of 1% at initial pH 5.5 after incubation for 42 hours at 30ºC.

In our research, we dealt with one of the most important issues of linguistic studies of the Holy Qur’an, which is the words that are close in meaning, which some believe are synonyms, but in the Arabic language they are not considered synonyms because there are subtle differences between them. Synonyms in the Arabic language are very few, rather rare, and in the Holy Qur’an they are completely non-existent. And how were these words, close in meaning, translated in the translation of the Holy Qur’an by Almir Kuliev into the Russian language.

Thirty uropathogenic E. coli isolates were isolated from hospitalized and non hospitalized patients, complaining of urinary tract infections, of Al-Kadhymia Teaching Hospital and subjected to tRNA extraction. A method of tRNA extraction was modified by adding sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) instead of urea. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and two methods of staining, ethidium bromide staining and silver staining, as well as spectrophotometric detection were used.
